| * A Confirmed booking is only valid for travel on the departure date specified. A surcharge of 25% on the tariff rates will be levied for postponement of the trip that is valid for 30 days only. No change in name is allowed. |
| * The operator cannot be held responsible or liable for any wrong or incomplete disclosure of names and passport number in the bookings. |
| * No refund for no-show or cancellation of FIT booking less then 12 hours prior to the departure. A cancellation charge of 25% on tariff rates is charge for FIT booking cancelled less then 36 hours and more then 12 hours prior to departure. |
| * Passengers shall be take own responsibilities for the consequences of arriving late at the pick-up or check-in point. |
| * The operator reserves the right to change or cancel any portion of the itinerary or change of the departure time without the risk of liability due to safety reason or unforeseen circumstances. |
| * The operator reserves the right to determine the type of ferry or transport to be used. |
| * The weather or sea conditions and water visibility is outside or beyond the operator control. |
| * The operator has no liability for any damage or lost of personal belongings. Do not bring along not required belongings. |
| * The assigned accommodation is on twin sharing basis at standard room of selected hotel except for infant. |
| * The entrance fees, surcharges, miscellaneous or incidental charges are excluded unless otherwise specified. |
| * The operator shall be exempted from all liability caused directly or indirectly by the events beyond the operator control which included, but not limited to pre-existing illness, third party negligence, war, civil, disturbances, severe weather, machinery breakdown and acts of government and Mother Nature. |
