All meeting rooms in the hotel deliver a total function spare of more than 22,000 square feet. Rooms can be extended or reduced to suite the needs of the size of function. Meeting automation, special lighting, staging and audio visual equipment can be arranged in any of the meeting facilities

• Banquet
Syuen Hotel has the best banqueting in this city. The Syuen Ballroom, the largest in Ipoh, can accommodate up to 1,200 people. If you desire something on a small scale, partition walls can be assembled to divide it into three separate rooms. In this way conventions for as few as 200 people can be organized without any people.

Event management team will take care of everything for the conduct of any kind of function. Two audio-visual control rooms manage the lighting and sound systems that support the ballroom environment. There are no pillars. No matter how many participants there are and where they are seated, visibility will always be 100%. The ballroom is separated from the Chinese restaurant by collapsible partition which can be removed to accommodate.
