Fried Oyster
Fried Oyster
The stall gets its name, which means Fatty in Mandarin, from the nickname that Mr Tan’s mother had given him. Well, that name gives him popularity and prosperity. Winning foodies are specially selected fresh Penang oysters and the generous servings. And Mr Tan’s winning formulae is his well-proportioned starch and egg mixture that goes into the frying wok.
Fatty’s Fried Oyster really live up to its name! Succulently fried to the right texture neither dry nor soggy, and right flavour. RM 5.00
