Pork Dumplings with Cantonese Beans. A span of three (3) Generations with more than 60 years experience and now already the classics of its era. Still retaining the grandfathers over all original flavor.

The steamed rice dumpling use lotus leaves from mainland China, savoring its delicate fragrant aroma. This traditional Hokkien Pork Dumpling is brownish outside with fillings of Shiitake Mushrooms, Salted egg yolk, Chestnuts, Pork and Sun-dried Shelled Shrimps. The Guangdong Dumpling is primarily glutinous rice and beans. Another Specialty is the Yam Cake, nicely steamed to perfection and really good test of time. The carefully prepared Red Bean Soup gives a soothing feeling in the tummy.
